Create CAD Incident

/v2/find_incident

Creates a CAD Incident on the Prepared platform that will serve as a link to the CAD system. Once created, Prepared will search for incidents that match the provided metadata.

Note: Race conditions may occur when searching for incidents. Prepared's incidents come from a PSAPs telephony and ANI ALI spill. This means that the partner may have received and attempted to link the incident before Prepared has received the incident from the PSAP. In this case, the created incident will serve as a shell until the incident is received from the PSAP. Once the incident is received, Prepared will link and display any data collected.

Note: Phone number will be the best matching criteria to use when searching for incidents and return the best results. SIP call ID and seat position are supported in the interface and will be available to match by in the future.
